1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

To cancel your order, please write to us at info@cuddlebuds.in within 6 hours of placing it.

 

2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of pet food and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is:

Damaged or tampered upon delivery

Incorrect or missing from the order

To initiate a return request, email us with your order ID, pictures of the product and packaging, and a short description within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds (due to cancellation or defective product) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
