At CuddleBuds, we care deeply about the satisfaction of you and your furry companions. While we strive to deliver top-quality, nutritious meals every time, we understand that there may be rare instances when things don’t go as planned. Here’s our clear and transparent policy for returns and refunds:


🐾 Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our pet food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged or tampered product

  • A wrong item

  • A product past its expiry date

You are eligible to request a replacement or refund.


💬 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via:

Kindly include the following in your email/message:

  • Your Order ID

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear images and videos of the product, packaging, and the problem area

Without visual proof (images & videos), we will not be able to process your request.


💸 Refunds

  • If your request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will ask for your bank details to process the refund.


🛑 Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

To cancel, reach out to us immediately after placing your order.


Important Notes

  • Refunds or replacements are subject to approval after verification.

  • We do not accept any returns or provide refunds without prior communication and verification.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
