While we strive to deliver top-quality, nutritious meals every time, we understand that there may be rare instances when things don’t go as planned. Here’s our clear and transparent policy for returns and refunds:
🐾 Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our pet food products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if you receive:

A damaged or tampered product

A wrong item

A product past its expiry date
You are eligible to request a replacement or refund.

Clear images and videos of the product, packaging, and the problem area
Without visual proof (images & videos), we will not be able to process your request.
💸 Refunds

If your request is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will ask for your bank details to process the refund.
🛑 Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
To cancel, reach out to us immediately after placing your order.
